We do manufacturing companies. We also do shelves (warehousing and distribution). We can help organizations in multiple ways: to become more efficient – by improving operations and helping to grow business. We believe, however, that sustainable growth of any organization must be supported by healthy, effective operations. This is particularly true in manufacturing, especially in B2B. We specialize in continuous and batch process manufacturing, but have experience in mining and discrete process as well.
WHAT IS SPL
SPL stands for Smart Practical Logic. It is a combination of boutique management consultancy, an interim management outfit, and a research institution. We see ourselves as curious innovators, always striving first to understand before moving on in a smart, practical and logical way.
OUR HISTORY, OUR FUTURE
SPL was established in 2000. We have helped many clients in many aspects of their businesses across numerous geographies and cultures on all continents. Over the years, we have evolved from numbers geeks to people developers and empowerers.
But rather than bragging about our achievements, we look ahead. What counts in this fast-changing world is not the glamorous past but ingenuity, flexibility, and proactivity.
Our solid experience from successes and failures (failures are stepping stones of success) is a cornerstone for future endeavors.
MODUS OPERANDI
We can support you as consultants, or take a management job for a period of time. We are interested in time or effect-based arrangements, not really in staying with your organization for ever. We believe we should move on when the job is done, and your team is developed and competent to carry on. We are here to help and guide you, but not to get you dependent on our continuous presence.
